Due to COVID-19, E.G. Fisher Public Library has added the following safety precautions:
- All patrons ages 5 and up are required to wear a mask.
- There is a 15 patron limit inside the main library.
- Library visits are limited to 1 hour.
- Patrons are encouraged to reserve 9:30am to 11:30am for high risk populations.
Computers for public use
The library is pleased to offer computers for the public. We will be happy to assist you as time permits. You must present your library card & sign a registration form to use the computers.
Copying & FAX charges
We have a coin-operated copier for the public to use. Costs of copying are $.25 per page. Copies made from computer workstations and the microfilm readers are also $.25 per page. We offer fax services as well. It is $1.00 per page to send a fax and $.50 per page to receive a fax. Our fax number is 423-745-1763.
You may place an item on hold from our collection. Holds fees have been waived due to COVID-19. Please place all holds at least one business day prior to expected pick-up.You may also now place a hold on an item through our Online Catalog.
Curbside service is available Tuesday through Friday between 9:30am and 4:00pm. Please reserve items no later than one business day prior to pick-up. Once in the parking lot, call 423-745-7782 for curbside service.
Inter-library Loan (ILL)
Books not found in our collection may be borrowed through the Interlibrary Loan program. You may request an item by author, title, or subject. Due to COVID-19, you are currently limited to one request at a time.
Library meeting rooms are currently not available for public use.
