Noon Book Discussion-01Noon Book Discussion

Sponsored by the Friends of the Library, the monthly Noon Book Discussion is a great way to join with others to discuss interesting books. Each month on the third Tuesday at noon a different book is discussed. Discussion leaders are invited from the community. Multiple copies of the selected book are available for check out one month prior to the discussion. We do not meet for discussions during summer months or in December. No registration is required and everyone is invited to attend. A sandwich lunch is provided by the Friends of the Library (cost covered by donations).

The Tween Book Club is a new addition in 2018, meant to invite young readers to engage in active literary discussion. The club meets once a month on the third Tuesday of the month at 4:30 PM. We'll discuss characters, plot, themes, and hopefully allow our community's younger readers to understand literature on a deeper level (while having loads of fun!) Recommended for ages 8-12. Copies of the book are always made available through the library.
