Introduce children birth to 2 years old to the library through books, songs, and rhymes. Learn tips for early literacy while baby learns to interact with other children.

Meets Mondays at 10:15 a.m.

 This program is for active 1-3 year olds. Children will be introduced to books, flannel board activities, finger plays, and songs with their parents/caregivers. 

Meets Wednesdays at 10:30 a.m. August 16 through December 20.

This program is for children 3-5 years old. Children will participate in themed flannel boards, story time and a craft each week.  This program introduces children to classroom style activities while parents learn early literacy tips to prepare children for reading success.

Meets Thursdays at 10:30 a.m. August 15 through December 14.


ScratchED button-01STEM Night

Children ages 7—11 will explore computers and other technologies and be introduced to coding, hands-on science experiments and more.

Meets Thursdays at 4:30 p.m. from September 21 through November 16.

Let your imagination run wild each week at Makerspace. Use a variety of materials from LEGOs to popsicle sticks to build your own creations. 

Mondays from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Come build with us. The library provides LEGOs of all sizes for children to flex their creative muscles and collaborate with other children.

Tuesdays from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. beginning November 7.

Puppet Play Night

Children of all ages can play at the library’s puppet theater. Create your own characters and  stories while building early literacy skills through dramatic play!

Thursdays from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Pajama Storytime with Michael's Casual Dining

Get your pajamas on and bring your favorite cuddly friend for story time at the library. Children of all ages and their families can enjoy bedtime stories at the library and a treat from Michael’s Casual Dining before going home to be tucked in.

1st Tuesday of each month at 6:30 p.m.


dog button-01Sensory Storytime with Ruff Reading

Explore classic fairytales through sound, touch and scent. Children are encouraged to read to Chloe and Zoey our therapy dogs who love to help children build their confidence for reading out loud. 

Meets the first Saturday of the month at 11:00 a.m.
